Social Pulse also provides content scheduling and publishing capabilities for connected accounts.
2. Account and Authentication
To use Social Pulse, you must authenticate using your TikTok account via TikTok's official Login Kit. By connecting your account, you:
- Confirm you are the authorized owner of the TikTok account
- Grant Social Pulse permission to access the data scopes you approve during the authorization process
- Agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms in addition to these Terms
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Social Pulse, you agree to:
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using our platform
- Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
- Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through normal use
4. Content Publishing
Social Pulse may provide features to schedule and publish content to your connected TikTok account. When using these features:
- You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service
- Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable laws
- Social Pulse is not responsible for any consequences of content you choose to publish
- You may revoke publishing permissions at any time
5. Data Usage
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Social Pulse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent. Your TikTok content remains your own property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Social Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Pulse, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
